"At around age 35, fertility starts to decline at a much more fast pace. For example, your chances of getting pregnant at age 30 are about 20%. At age 40, your likelihood of getting pregnant is just 5% regardless of whether we like it or not, fertility in women starts to slowly decline in the late 20s and beginning an even more rapid decline around age 35.

Besides the decreased chance of conceiving a child, experts believes that women after the age of 35 have an increased risk of miscarriage. Even with these grim statistics,*** not everyone will have trouble getting pregnant after 35. Many have naturally conceived and are proud Mothers at the age of above 40 and they the best part they do it naturally***."

For a lady of 38 years the chances to get pregnant reduces as explain by others and I agree too. It has to be noted that the chances of misdeliveries also increases. If she had got pregnant and delivered child then the chances remain bright enough.

If you love her and want her for ever and have money you can proceed.

She can still get pregnant, though, the older females get, the less chances of them getting pregnant. So she'll still have the ability to be pregnant if she's 38

there is every chance for her to get pregnant as long as she still has her periods(i.e. she is in her fertility period of life)....though as the women get older the chances of complication in pregnancy increases manyfold like there is increased chance of genetic disorders like DOWN's SYNDROME etc(thus do amniocentesis)...pregnancy also puts a heavy load on body thus with passing age its fatality increases(particularly during parturition)...but I am only saying there are INCREASED chances and not that it would definately happen and also with advancement in medical science its not much a big factor...

She can still get pregnant. The older she gets the more eggs she release until she runs out. She also have a higher chance to concieve twins.
