Consumer Reports says the best is First Response Early Result Pregnancy Test.
In the end, First Response's Early Result Pregnancy test ($18.09/2 tests) came out on top, with an "Excellent" rating (winning an "excellent" score in hCG sensitivity, "good" in ease of reading, and "excellent" in 10-minute hCG sensitivity, with an overall recommendation of "best combination of sensitivity and reliability). Confirm's Pregnancy Test ($11.19/2 tests) scored lowest, with a final score of "Poor" ("fair," hCG sensitivity; "poor," ease of reading; and "fair," 10-minute hCG sensitivity, with some samples failing to work properly).
I dont believe there is a "best" pregnancy test!! I bought one from the dollar store and a real expensive one and the one from the dollar store worked just as well as the expensive one!!

I like the Clearblue Easy digital test. The result was so clear and no confusion if there is one line, two lines, a plus or a minus.

Ept has always worked the best for me, but I used the dollar store ones and they both came out the same.

I used ept it works great, usually comes with 2 in the box and can tell up to a week before your missed period. Good luck.

First Response, you can test 5 days before your next cycle is to begin.

I found that they all work the same. My advice is to get a 2 pack of whatever brand you go with.

I used a Walgreens brand test, and it ended up working out just fine.
