I had a miscarriage- and am ttc so i know ur fear of having another one especially after not a long time of healing- I am sorry for your loss-

-pregnancy cramps are very very mild- just a little tugging and pulling once in a while nothing you would really feel more think is uncomfortable

- yet mc pain is pretty obvious- it is cramping and severy back ache and pain accompanied by blood almost like a period but heavier and it progresses within a matter of a day to a couple hours-

when you have a mc try to let your ueterus heal- even though its hard- but after loosing a pregnancy most dr's say to wait a few months for the body to heal itself- good luck I hope you get the answers u are looking for- Baby Dust to you

I was told that 'normal' pregnancy cramps are mild and not extremely painful, and you shouldn't have bleeding. It should eventually stop too. Miscarriage cramping is usually accompanied by heavy bleeding, painful cramping, and even back pain. It continues to get worse. As long as the cramping is mild, and as long as you don't have any bleeding also, you are probably ok. If you are pregnant though, it's best to call your DR or even get yourself to the ER if you are concerned about a miscarriage, especially if your symptoms get worse.

I hope this helps you, best of luck!

I found that my cramping felt the same, but it felt like something was stopping my period from coming. Sort of hard ti explain. basically a normal period cramp for me would ease it way slowly to pain, then ease its way down again until I felt no pain. When I was pregnant, the pain slowly started, but instead of slowly fading, it stopped abruptly
