actually, i work in a pharmacy. my friend was trying to have a baby and we were pulling expired items off the shelves. she used an expired test and it came up positive. she was pregnant! she was a little unsure about the test at first though. i guess you don't really know how accurate it would be. good luck!

That's like if your gallon of milk expired a few weeks ago.. would you trust it? More than likely the expiration dates are printed because after that date you can't rely on the results. If you don't want to spend more money, remember, all hpt test for the same hormone ( so that dollar tree test will work just fine). I believe its even in the instructions to not use a test after the expiration date as well.

They should still be fine, even if expired in April. I assume they are still sealed, so they weren't exposed to air. They are likely to show the exact result... and if something is wrong with them (which I really doubt), they will show a negative result.
