I've been travelling this holiday season. My periods are due tomorrow and based on my previous cycles, I should have started spotting by now.
Could travelling delay periods? If yes, what is the reason?

This ALWAYS happens to me whenever I travel so I really do think that air travel affects the menstrual cycle....Everyone I fly, I either miss my period for that month or delayed..
